I have spent eleven years helping technical buyers adopt API platforms: seven in communications at Nexmo, Vonage and MessageBird, and the last three and a half in digital assets at Bitpanda. Before that, I spent four years keeping VisaNet running for 250 banks and processors.

The products changed, the job did not: understand the customer's architecture and constraints, design an integration that works, get it through security and procurement, and hand delivery a scope they can build. At Bitpanda that meant regulated banks, brokers and neobanks adding crypto custody and trading to their own products. In CPaaS it meant messaging, voice and video deployments for enterprises in Europe and APAC.

That mix makes me a good fit wherever communications and financial services meet, such as verification, transactional messaging or identity, as well as for any API-first platform selling to enterprise and regulated customers. Along the way I have helped build presales teams and coached engineers on discovery and deal strategy.

Los productos cambian, pero el trabajo es el mismo: entender la arquitectura y las restricciones del cliente, diseñar una integración que funcione, llevarla por las revisiones de seguridad y compras, y entregar al equipo de implementación un alcance listo para ejecutar. En Bitpanda eso significaba bancos, brokers y neobancos regulados incorporando custodia y trading de criptoactivos a sus productos. En CPaaS, despliegues de mensajería, voz y vídeo para empresas de Europa y APAC.

Esa combinación encaja especialmente donde se cruzan las comunicaciones y los servicios financieros, como la verificación, la mensajería transaccional o la identidad, y en cualquier plataforma API que venda a clientes enterprise y regulados. Por el camino he ayudado a construir equipos de preventa y he formado a ingenieros en descubrimiento técnico y estrategia de deals.
